Alonnu was born from the idea that jewelry can be more than adornment - it can be a personal, grounding ritual. We wanted to create beautiful, quiet pieces for those who often feel unseen or overstimulated. All our creations are rooted in mindfulness and self-care.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our pieces are made to be part of your everyday rituals, including gentle practices like yoga or meditation. To help them stay beautiful for years to come:

How long will it take to get my order?

Our pieces are made to order, so please consider this before making a purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your jewelry to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. We recommend keeping this in mind before placing your order, especially if you’re purchasing for a specific occasion. We cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. However, if you need your jewelry by a certain time, feel free to reach out before placing your order - we’ll always do our best to accommodate when we can. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. You'll see the shipping estimate based on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout, however, those are not guaranteed and will be dependent on the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we begin the made-to-order process, and cancellations may not be possible if your piece is already in production.

Am I responsible for duties and taxes on my order?

All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s rules regarding duties and taxes before placing your order.

Failure or refusal to pay these fees may result in your shipment being delayed, returned, or abandoned. Please note that abandoned shipments are not eligible for a refund.

I have a discount code - how do I use it?

Great! You can enter your discount code at checkout. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, they’ll need to be used on separate orders.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the fact that all out items are handmade to order, all Alonnu sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds, so please take your take choosing your pieces before placing an order.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged due to quality or shipping issues, please send an inquiry via the Contact page or an email to hello@alonnu.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll happily repair or exchange it for you. To be eligible, items must be unworn, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that don't comply with these conditions.

How are your jewelry pieces designed to support me?

Each piece is designed with subtle textures and is meant to be interacted with. Wear or hold it during meditation, meetings, social events or any moment when you need to reconnect with yourself.

Will it really help with stress and anxiety?

Our jewelry is not a medical treatment, and we don’t claim it can cure or treat stress or anxiety. However, it can be helpful as a supportive tool. The tactile textures and can serve as a grounding reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, especially in high-stress or overstimulating environments.

Our pieces are thoughtfully designed and made in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Every piece is hand-finished to ensure it feels special - because it is.

How do I find my ring size?

Finding the right ring size is important for comfort, especially with pieces designed to be touched and worn daily. We use US / Canadian sizing. Check our ring size guide here.
