Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada as well as to other select countries. You can view available shipping options at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our pieces are made to order, so please consider this before making a purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewelry to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. We recommend keeping this in mind before placing your order, especially if you’re purchasing for a specific occasion. We cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. However, if you need your jewelry by a certain time, feel free to reach out before placing your order - we’ll always do our best to accommodate when we can. You can email us at hello@alonnu.com, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. You'll see the shipping estimate based on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout, however, those are not guaranteed and will be dependent on the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we begin the made-to-order process, and cancellations may not be possible if your piece is already in production.

Am I responsible for duties and taxes on my order?

All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s rules regarding duties and taxes before placing your order.

Failure or refusal to pay these fees may result in your shipment being delayed, returned, or abandoned. Please note that abandoned shipments are not eligible for a refund.

I have a discount code - how do I use it?

Great! You can enter your discount code at checkout. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, they’ll need to be used on separate orders.
