What’s your return policy?

For customers in Canada, items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All international orders (outside Canada) are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged due to quality or shipping issues, please send an inquiry via the Contact page or an email to hello@alonnu.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll happily repair or exchange it for you. To be eligible, items must be unworn, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that don't comply with these conditions.
