What’s your return policy?

Due to the fact that all out items are handmade to order, all Alonnu sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds, so please take your take choosing your pieces before placing an order.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged due to quality or shipping issues, please send an inquiry via the Contact page or an email to hello@alonnu.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll happily repair or exchange it for you. To be eligible, items must be unworn, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that don't comply with these conditions.
